It means that it is the formless. We are the formless one (1) LIFE of God aka Christ. God/Christ is in all. We have been led to believe that we are our thoughts, that we are our emotions, that we are our likes and dislikes, that we are our belief system, that we are our sexual orientation, that we are our color of skin, that we are the story of what has happened to us, that we are the sum total of what we do and have, that our worth is in what we possess or think we possess, control, or own. When all these things are stripped away, we truly are the formless presence of that one (1) LIFE of God aka Christ.
I am Consciousness that is timeless and so are you. We have a body, but we are not the body. We transcend the body by placing our field of attention in the body. We do this to transcend the mind as well, so that our mind does not absorb all of our conscious attention, which in some way it has been conditioned to do, which keeps us focused on a past memory or caught up in a future anticipation, valuing the future more than the "present here and now".
If you can see God aka Christ in all, you are also the anointed one. We must also act in accord with this actualization which honors what we know. God is [first] Love and then God is [secondly] Power. The fruit of love is service on the vertical realm with studying the life of Christ and practicing truth and virtue and learning about the emotional pain body as well as being able to see the ego overlay when ego's project, being able to truly know that when these two things occur, that it is not the person that is operating or acting.
Also, it is either through a) great suffering, b) great love, or c) great liturgical prayer that we can assimilate the desires, the thoughts, the words, the actions, the habits, the character of Jesus Christ and then be that to others and most importantly it is not us doing it, it is God aka: Christ that is being and doing that through our form that is now His Body.
We are the Awareness before any form meaning: before any thoughts, words, actions, habits, character, names, or seeming multiplicity of physical forms. We are the "I" before any name/form we use. We have been overidentified and deceived to believe we are the form and names we use which charges the emotional pain body by falsely thinking we are our thoughts and names we use. We are supposed to be freed from this through a process of disidentification. So that interiorly we have no interior baggage nor do we have any identification with thoughts, so that we can truly actualize the peace that passes all understanding.
By modeling Jesus Christ and aligning with God's spirit produces in us rich fruits including: charity, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, generosity, gentleness, faithfulness, modesty, self-control, chastity. In these twelve Fruits of the Holy Spirit aka: Higher Consciousness, we are shown how to live in union with God and with our brothers and sisters.
